Phlebotomist Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Locations (Flex Position) Candidates must be comfortable working at either of the following locations: ? Tacoma 5006 Center St, Suite R Tacoma, WA 98409 ? Puyallup 3705 S Meridian, Suite B Puyallup, WA 98373 Discipline LSS (Phlebotomist) Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture (blood draws). Administer vaccinations. Conduct EKGs. Perform Zio Patch placement. Conduct ear lavages. Provide occasional front desk support, including: Greeting patients. Checking patients in and out. Printing After Visit Summaries (AVS). Required Qualifications Washington Medical Assistant–Phlebotomist (MA-P) license is required. Preference will be given to candidates who hold both MA-P and MA-R certifications. Parking Free parking available.
