Role Description

We're looking for Production Associates who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll assemble products, prepare materials, and help ensure every item meets our high standards for quality and safety.

This position is based at our Burlington, NJ Manufacturing & Warehouse Facility.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble components according to work instructions and production standards
• Prepare, measure, and stage materials needed for assembly
• Load and unload materials from workstations as needed
• Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Pack completed units for shipment
• Follow all safety, quality, and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior assembly experience required full training provided

Additional Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Comfortable using manual or power tools (training provided)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction

Compensation - The hourly pay for this role is $19.00 per hour.
