Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
- Monitor call metrics and service levels to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Address and resolve customer escalations and complaints in a timely manner.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to establish goals.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and effectively.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in customer service delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between the call center and other departments.
- Communicate effectively with team members to relay company updates and changes in policies.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required and assigned by Data Entry / Customer Service Manager
Qualifications:
- Active FL Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed required
- Preferred: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
