Responsibilities Include:
Providing outstanding customer service, greeting guests warmly, and taking orders accurately.
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and specialty drinks.
- Handling POS transactions efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront and workspace.
- Assisting with food preparation and delivery as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service, food service, or barista role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail and organized workspace.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
