We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled IT Field Technician – End User Support to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a hands-on position that combines on-site troubleshooting with remote user assistance—perfect for someone with strong IT experience and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices
- Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and basic networking needs
- Provide timely remote assistance using support tools
- Learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
- Communicate clearly with end users to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support roles
- Proficiency with Office 365 and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable transportation; must be willing to travel regionally every few weeks (up to 4- hour radius)
- Available to work Monday–Saturday (with Sunday and one weekday off)
