Position Overview
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about supporting patients and healthcare providers. This role involves a mix of data entry, pharmacy operations, and patient communication.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry for prescriptions and patient information
- Assist in filling prescriptions and compounding preparations under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation
- Provide patient support by answering questions and assisting with medication coordination
- Communicate effectively with doctor’s offices to obtain necessary information and resolve issues
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely patient access to medications
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and compliance documentation
- Support the pharmacist in daily operations and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
