What You’ll Do:
- · Lead all aspects of daily operations, guest service, and brand experience.

- · Control prime costs while maintaining luxury standards.

- · Collaborate with culinary and beverage leaders on creative, market-leading offerings.
- · Be the face of The Green Room—driving loyalty, reputation, and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- · 5 years as a senior leader in high-volume fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- · A track record of success in growing sales and managing operations.
- · Deep knowledge of fine dining service, beverage programs, and guest experience.
- · Financial expertise with proven results in cost control and profitability.
- · A hands-on, inspiring leadership style that motivates teams and delivers results.
- · Passion, creativity, and presence to elevate The Green Room brand.
The Green Room is open Thursday-Sunday 5:30pm-12am, the 5th day would be an administrative day
