As Director of Sales, you’ll elevate an already strong events business, leading both strategy and execution. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and develop a high-performing team driving $8M in event revenue
- Set sales strategy across weddings, corporate events, and buyouts
- Drive pipeline growth, conversions, and repeat business
- Establish clear sales rhythms: forecasting, reporting, and accountability
- Build key client relationships and generate new business through outreach and networking
- Partner with Operations, Culinary, and Marketing to deliver exceptional events
- Personally close high-value, high-profile accounts
- Foster a competitive, polished, and results-driven team culture
