Specialty Real Estate Group is looking for a Client Experience Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
We are a top producing real estate brokerage firm looking for someone with experience in wow'ing clients: high end retail, event planning, to name a few.
Core Responsibilities:
Database Nurture Manage CRM, execute automated and manual touchpoints, ensure every past client receives 8–12 touches per year
Client CommunicationSend closing gifts, birthday/anniversary notes, market updates, client appreciation events
Referral Generation Proactively ask for referrals, track referral sources, create systems to generate repeat business
Review Management Manage Google, Zillow, and social reviews—solicit, respond, and leverage
Client Onboarding Welcome new clients, set expectations, deliver client guides
Offboarding & Follow-Up Post-closing follow-up, check-ins at 30/60/90 days, long-term nurture
Event Coordination Plan client appreciation events, open house staffing, community presence
Vendor Coordination Manage relationships with preferred vendors (inspectors, lenders, contractors) for client referrals
