We are seeking a highly motivated Acquisition Broker to identify, evaluate, and close profitable real estate deals. This commission-based role will focus on sourcing investment opportunities, working closely with investors, and managing transactions from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, and proactive, with a strong ability to build relationships with investors and partners. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be capable of managing a high volume of transactions and projects independently. As a client-facing role, you should be able to generate leads, follow up effectively, and successfully close deals, all while staying organized and focused on investor goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Investment Opportunities: Source potential properties through the MLS and market research, focusing on flip and cash investment deals.
- Build and Manage Relationships: Work with existing and new investors to understand their goals and help identify suitable investment opportunities.
- Close Deals: Lead negotiations, oversee the due diligence process, and close investment transactions.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work with investors and contractors to support remodel project bids.
- Analyze Profitability: Learn to evaluate property values, renovation costs, and potential returns using financial models and market knowledge.
- CRM & Organization: Track investor leads, property details, and deal progress in Salesforce.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to build a long-term career in real estate investing.
Qualifications:
- Real estate license in the State of Washington (required).
- Experience in real estate acquisitions or sales.
- Strong analytical and sales skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Must have up-to-date transportation, a driver’s license, and insurance as travel is required.
Compensation: Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential.
