What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
Order Fulfillment & Logistics (Approx. 70%)
- Pick & Pack: Pull lightweight items (LED pods, brackets, fuse kits) from shelves and package them securely for daily courier pickups.
- Product Kitting: Assemble multi-piece product kits—combining lights, custom brackets, and plug-and-play harnesses into complete packages for our customers.
- Digital Fulfillment: Use our online system and 3rd-party supplier portals to submit and track drop-ship orders seamlessly.
- Inventory Management: Unload incoming product deliveries (items are delivered on pallets inside the building), unbox them, and neatly organize them back onto the shelves.
Customer Support & Communication (Approx. 30%)
- Inbound Support: Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers looking for updates on their orders or shipments.
- Problem Solving: Provide friendly, accurate tracking information and coordinate with the team if a shipping issue arises.
What We’re Looking For
- Fast Learner: You are a quick study who can rapidly absorb product knowledge. You’ll need to easily learn the differences between various light kits, brackets, and wiring setups, as well as get comfortable with our digital fulfillment systems.
- Self-Motivated & Driven: You have a strong work ethic and a natural sense of initiative. You look for ways to improve processes, keep the workflow moving, and help the company succeed without needing to be micromanaged.
- Automotive Enthusiast: You have a genuine interest in vehicles, car/truck accessories, and upgrades. It makes talking to our customers and handling the inventory a lot more fun!
- Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things. You can spot the difference between two similar-looking brackets or wiring adapters to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Comfortable with Tech: You can easily navigate web browsers, enter data into 3rd-party vendor sites, and type professional emails.
- Great Communicator: You have a friendly phone presence and a helpful attitude when talking to fellow automotive enthusiasts.
- Experience in retail, warehousing, shipping, or automotive parts is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs occasionally (standard boxes of lights/accessories or unboxing pallet deliveries).
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
