Job Title: Staff Pharmacist – Behavioral Health (Short-Term Coverage)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Coverage Dates: April 6–10 and April 13–17, 2026

Specialty Medical Staffing is currently hiring a Staff Pharmacist for a behavioral health facility in the Byron Center, MI area. This short-term assignment is ideal for a pharmacist with inpatient or behavioral health experience who is comfortable working independently in a small pharmacy setting.

Assignment Details

• Training: Week of March 30 (2 days required prior to coverage)

• Coverage Dates: April 6–10 and April 13–17, 2026

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• No weekend coverage required

• Order Entry System: HCS (training available)

• Automation: Omnicell (training available)

• Setting: Behavioral Health Facility

Key Responsibilities

• Perform order verification and medication review

• Maintain pharmacy inventory and medication supplies

• Support day-to-day pharmacy operations within the facility

Requirements

• Active Michigan Pharmacist License in good standing

• Omnicell and HCS experience preferred

• Ability to work independently in a behavioral health setting
