Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mount Pleasant, SC, for a Sales Support Specialist. The Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining sales operations, and handling inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing sales data, supporting day-to-day sales activities, resolving client concerns, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams to enhance overall efficiency and client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to address client needs and resolve inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and related administrative tasks to support sales processes
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess sales data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM software or sales tools is a plus
- High school diploma or above; additional education in business, sales, or a related field is advantageous
