- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
- Support the team with additional administrative responsibilities as needed
- Travel between the Coventry and East Greenwich locations as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
- Previous experience in a dental or medical front-office setting preferred
- Previous pediatric dental experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
