As a concierge practice, we are dedicated to delivering personalized experiences for the youngest of pediatric dental patients to adults ready to start their orthodontic journey! Our team is committed to creating beautiful smiles and providing top-notch service.
Position Overview: As the “Patient Relations” Coordinator at “APDO”, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our patients. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Your professionalism, exceptional customer service skills, and attention to detail will be vital in upholding our reputation for high-end orthodontic and dental care.

Patient Engagement:
We firmly believe work should be a place you enjoy coming into each morning and we strive to create community within our practice! From team lunches to themed dress up days, and even jumping into staring in an Instagram reel, there are many opportunities for engagement. Some of our current available activities include book club, vision board planning, craft nights, happy hour, etc.

- Keep the lobby area clean, organized, and presentable to enhance the patient experience.
- Manage patient flow throughout the day.

- Provide basic information to patients and families about the dental visit process, addressing questions about routine treatments and procedures.
- Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by patients, providing a positive resolution experience with empathy and professionalism.
