Role Description
This is a part-time Patient Care Coordinator position based in Scottsdale, AZ, with a hybrid work model allowing for a combination of in-office and remote tasks. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, communicate with patients and families over the phone, coordinate care between therapists and patients, and ensure smooth operational workflows. The coordinator will also provide administrative support, maintain accurate patient information, and assist in creating an exceptional experience for families.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Care Coordination
- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Patient Care practices
