Experience & Key Responsibilities

• Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage for scheduled patients
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Communicate with patients regarding treatment estimates, benefits, and financial responsibilities
• Maintain accurate patient insurance information and documentation within practice management software
• Work closely with front office and clinical teams to support efficient scheduling and patient flow
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous dental insurance coordinating, billing, or dental front office experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance plans, claim processing, and treatment estimates preferred
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly
• Experience with dental software systems and insurance verification processes is a plus
