Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage for scheduled patients
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment estimates, benefits, and financial responsibilities
- Maintain accurate patient insurance information and documentation within practice management software
- Work closely with front office and clinical teams to support efficient scheduling and patient flow
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous dental insurance coordinating, billing, or dental front office experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans, claim processing, and treatment estimates preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly
- Experience with dental software systems and insurance verification processes is a plus
