We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team and help us continue to make bright smiles a reality.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist the pediatric dentist during examinations and treatment procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Perform coronal polishing and apply fluoride treatments.
- Place dental sealants as directed.
- Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene practice.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting.
- Ensure a clean and organized clinical environment
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Valid South Dakota Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
