Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and serve as the primary point of contact for patient communication
- Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage patient flow efficiently
- Coordinate treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance information
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after appointments
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
