This position is full-time (32-40 hours), Monday through Friday, with general hours of need being from 7 am to 5 pm.

Performance Expectations - Essential Functions:
- Provides continual and exceptional customer service for all patients, making the patient the first priority.
- Utilizes all downtime.
- Arrives on time for all shifts.
- Follows the training compact and takes responsibility for his or her training.
- Assists all Montana locations in scheduling, carrying out scheduling in an effective and efficient manner.
- Continues to learn about office policies, procedures, and flow.
- Keeps patients safe during their time in the office.
- Reviews company email and communication board each shift for updates.
- Follows the team member guidelines.
- Maintains patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance.
- Good computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new programs as required.

- Has one to three years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a medical setting.

Requirements
Education/Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
- Experience in a professional setting with direct patient interaction preferred, but not required
Physical demands:
- Bending, stooping, walking, and sitting for long periods at a time.
- Great manual dexterity and typing skills.
- Must be able to safely lift up to 30 lbs.
Salary : $18 - $25
