Job Summary:
We are looking for a warm, organized, and enthusiastic Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of Dunn Orthodontics. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the patient experience from the first phone call to the final follow-up. You’ll help create an efficient and friendly environment for both patients and team members, with opportunities to grow within the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar
- Confirm appointments and coordinate new patient consultations
- Verify insurance benefits and help patients understand financial options
- Accurately enter patient data and maintain records in our digital system
- Collect and post payments; assist with billing questions
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Represent the Dunn Orthodontics brand with excellent communication and service
- Float between Valley locations as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a dental or orthodontic front office setting preferred
- Strong computer and scheduling software skills (OrthoTrac, Dolphin, or similar a plus)
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay organized
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
