What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Administrator position at Specialty Cable Corporation?
Specialty Cable Corporation is privately held manufacturer of insulated electronic wire and cable products for the military, aerospace and other high performance industrial applications which is AS9100 and ISO9001 certified, is looking for an experienced QA Administrator (salaried, full-time permanent position with full benefits package.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare, revise, and distribute, Quality Management System procedures as required.
Administer the "Document Control" area.
Enforces the Company’s quality procedures throughout the factory.
Oversees the company’s ISO documentation program.
Outside Auditor liaison. U/L, CSA, QPL, ISO, Customer.
Control of non-conforming product.
Supplier liaison for Approved Raw Material Supplier List.
Calibration Program for all M & TE includes stamp control.
Administer and investigate, with the help of other parties, customer complaints.
Initiate and administer Corrective Action Requests. Collects and publishes data. Reports trends to
management.
Retention of Quality records.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School degree.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 Standard and its application in industry.
3 years in Quality function or equivalent
Good organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
