Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Circle Pines, MN. The Customer Support Associate position will participate in the day-to-day operations of customer support. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, customer service oriented, a team player, and willing to learn new skills. This job covers a wide range of customer support duties.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Responds to customers’ needs via email and chat
- Work closely with Sales and Operations
- Capture client information in a CRM system
- Enter orders and assist clients with questions
- Follow up on past-due invoices
- Enter and follow up on sample requests
- Work with distributors as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to learn new software
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
- Good understanding of written and spoken English
- Outgoing attitude and desire to succeed
- Orientation towards teamwork and support a collaborative environment
