HR Coordinator will perform a wide range of duties to support the human resources department. The main responsibilities include:
Administrative Support: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, prepare reports, and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, initial interviews, reference checks, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, resolve HR-related issues, coordinate performance improvement plans, and support employee development programs.
Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations, and assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
Training and Development: Facilitate employee training sessions, orientations, and performance management initiatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR managers and other department heads to support HR initiatives and maintain smooth inter-departmental communication.
Four (4) years of related work experience, four of them in the same job category, and a high school level education; or four (4) years of related work experience and an Associate’s degree from an accredited institution; or little to no work experience and a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Must pass a required background screening every five (5) years.
A Valid Florida Driver’s License.
