Requirements:
- Technical writing experience with the ability to create clear, engaging, and accurate training documentation.
- Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other content creation tools, including AI-assisted technologies.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly learning materials.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review existing manufacturing processes and document current workflows for functional training.
- Develop engaging learning modules and training materials using Word, AI tools, videos, and other instructional resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and training effectiveness.
- Organize and maintain training documentation, job aids, and instructional content to support employee development.
