Office Assistant / Data Entry
We're recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk at a busy steel manufacturing facility in Richburg, SC.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Match task IDs on paperwork and enter information into company software (training provided)
- Enter and maintain data in Excel
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation
- Keep records accurate and organized
- Assist Office Manager with all admin tasks as needed
What We're Looking For: ?
- Strong computer skills
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organized and dependable
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Previous data entry experience preferred
- SAP or Oracle experience is a plus
- Manufacturing or machine operator experience is a plus
