Location Requirements
This is an
onsite role
based in
Mulino, Oregon
. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance. Applicants living in
Canby, Oregon City, Molalla, Woodburn, or surrounding areas
are strongly preferred due to the onsite nature of the position.
Essential Job Duties
- Review and process custom and turnkey quote requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers to clarify requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries regarding pricing, lead times, and order status.
- Prepare, review, and follow up on quotes to support order conversion.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.
- Track and manage orders from placement through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions within the company's systems.
- Monitor industry and customer trends and provide relevant feedback to management.
- Assist with additional sales or customer service functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of related experience required.
- A combination of education, training, and applicable experience may be considered in place of stated requirements.
