You’ll be the person helping connect the dots between materials, production, and deadlines, keeping everything moving efficiently behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and manage production schedules to keep operations running smoothly
- Partner with procurement, operations, and inventory teams to make sure materials are where they need to be
- Track production progress and adjust plans when things inevitably change
- Monitor key metrics like output, inventory levels, and on-time delivery
- Communicate updates and potential risks clearly to the team
- Help identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Keep data accurate and up to date in ERP/MRP systems
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or similar (preferred)
- Comfortable working in Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas go a long way)
- Exposure to ERP/MRP systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Someone who can juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
