Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support for life science products to existing customers
- Maintain and grow sales with existing account base
- Prepare and submit pricing proposals for technical life science products
- Process new orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or biomedical science
- Comfortable explaining scientific concepts and troubleshooting product issues
- Previous customer service or sales support experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional, poised, and outgoing personality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
