Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer and vendor inquiries
- Generate and process purchase orders
- Prepare reports and maintain filing systems
- Perform data entry in QuickBooks
- Assist with organizing meetings
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements
- Previous administrative support experience in an office environment
- Bilingual in English and Japanese is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
