Staff Accountant II: Long Term Contract
Join a fast-paced team where you’ll play a key role in financial operations and reporting. This hands-on role supports month-end close, inventory and cost accounting, and audit activities.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and assist with close processes
- Support AP/AR transactions, invoicing, and discrepancy resolution
- Maintain inventory, fixed assets, and financial records
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong Excel and ERP experience (Epicor a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
