Business Unit Manager / Product Manager – Manufacturing
We’re seeking a hands‑on Business Unit Manager / Product Manager to build, lead, and grow a standardized metal products division within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role owns the full product lifecycle—from market analysis and product strategy to revenue delivery and operational performance.
What You’ll Do
- Own strategy, performance, and growth of a standalone product division
- Lead product commercialization, launches, and lifecycle management
- Develop sales forecasts and long‑term growth plans
- Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams
