Senior / Lead Project Manager
Industrial Energy & Data Center Cooling Infrastructure
We are seeking a Senior — and preferably Lead — Project Manager to take full ownership of complex, large-scale industrial and energy infrastructure projects. This role exists due to active project demand, not future planning. The right individual will step in immediately, assume operational command, and stabilize execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project execution from contract award through close-out
- Establish and control project budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and execution strategy
- Lead cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and major subcontractors
- Manage project financials including margin, revenue recognition, cash flow, and forecasts
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve execution risk proactively
- Own change orders, claims management, and scope control
- Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance standards are met
- Provide concise, decision-oriented updates to senior leadership
- Travel to project sites as required to support execution and issue resolution
Required Experience & Profile
- 10 years of progressive project management experience
- (15 years strongly preferred for Lead-level consideration)
- Background in power, energy, steam, cooling, industrial infrastructure, or data center–related projects
- Demonstrated success managing large, technically complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Proven ability to operate autonomously without hands-on supervision
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with direct responsibility for margins and cost control
- Experience working closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and field execution teams
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background preferred
- Proficiency with project scheduling and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- Willingness to travel as required
