What You Will Bring…
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
- Seven or more years in a senior financial leadership role within a complex manufacturing environment.
- Deep experience in GAAP, cost accounting, and operational finance.
- Proven ability to present and defend strategic recommendations at the executive and board level.
- Skilled in scenario modeling, financial systems, and performance analytics.
- Demonstrated leadership presence, ethical decision-making, and organizational agility.
- Exceptional communicator—able to influence and advocate for sound financial practices across the business.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities, strict deadlines, and high-level initiatives with precision.
