This is ultimately a full-desk opportunity combining recruiting and business development, designed for someone who wants to master both sides of the business and grow into leadership within the next 3–5 years.
About the Role
This role is intentionally structured to set you up for long-term success:
- Phase 1 (First 3~6 months): Focus on recruiting: learning our process, filling roles, and mastering candidate and client engagement
- Phase 2: Transition into a business development role, hunting and securing new contract staffing and professional search clients for Specialized Recruiting Group.
- Phase 3: Transition into a hybrid role, balancing business development, client management, and recruiting delivery. You’ll own the entire lifecycle, from identifying new clients to placing top talent, giving you full control over your success and earnings.
What You’ll Do
- Business Development & Sales
- Prospect, develop, and secure new client relationships in targeted industries
- Conduct both in-person and desk-based sales outreach
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently drive revenue growth
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to win new business
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding hiring strategy and decision-making
- Facilitate interviews and provide a high-touch, consultative experience
- Maintain strong follow-up and long-term partnerships
- Recruiting & Talent Delivery
- Source, screen, and place high-quality professional talent (including technical, administrative, and specialized roles)
- Lead and facilitate candidate interviews—asking the tough questions and presenting vetted talent to clients
- Manage the full recruitment cycle with urgency, accuracy, and a consultative approach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and contractors

Compensation & Growth
