Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, roof top units, vav's, VRF systems, furnaces
- Read and interpret HVAC plans, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.
- Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document all repairs for compliance and future reference.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a service technician with a focus on commercial HVAC systems
- Strong construction background with knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, and property maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems, and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration).
- Must have tools, company tools loans available
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of plumbing systems relevant to HVAC applications is highly desirable.
- Experience working with air conditioning units, mechanical systems, and boiler maintenance is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to read technical schematics accurately.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
