The Position

This Accounting Clerk is responsible for the creation and delivery of the foundation to compile the data required to complete a financial statement to the accounting team in a timely fashion.
What You Will Do
- Review and record client activity for bills, checks and payments on account
- Compile Bank Reconciliations
- Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts for Cash, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc.
- Record Journal Entries as needed
- Organizational skills that will support meeting monthly preparation deadlines
- Associate degree in accounting
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
- Must be detail oriented and can show initiative and take ownership of assignments
- Must be able to prioritize projects based on the department demand and meet deadlines
- Requires analytical ability and good understanding of internal controls
- Team oriented with good communication and organizational skills
