- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to keep schedules on track
- Producing progress reports, documentation and site records for project management
- Leading and mentoring field teams and trade supervisors
- Reviewing construction drawings, specifications and change orders for accuracy and feasibility
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- 5–10 years of construction management or site management experience
- 5 years leading teams on active construction projects
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent safety certification
- Current First Aid certification
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar construction documentation tools
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling and budget management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent field experience
- Authorization to work in the United States
