- Design and implement personalized adaptive fitness programs for clients.
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions in a safe and motivating environment.
- Monitor client progress and adjust fitness plans as needed.
- Provide education on health, nutrition, and wellness best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized training space.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance client experience.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.
- Stay updated on adaptive fitness techniques and industry trends.
- Certified Personal Trainer or equivalent qualification in adaptive fitness.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for promoting health and fitness in diverse populations.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
