We are seeking a Marketing Director to own our two growth engines:

• Franchise development lead generation
• Athlete acquisition

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for strategy, execution, and results. Success is measured by qualified leads, booked appointments, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI, not marketing activity.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  
  
• Optimize the entire marketing funnel from ad to booked appointment.
  
  
• Lead website, SEO, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
  
  
• Manage CRM, marketing automation, and reporting.
  
  
• Oversee nationwide Grand Opening marketing campaigns.
  
  
• Lead agencies, contractors, and internal creative resources.
  
  
• Build dashboards that measure marketing performance and ROI.
  
  
• Partner with leadership to drive quarterly growth initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7 years of digital marketing leadership experience.
  
  
• Proven success managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets.
  
  
• Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, GA4, CRM platforms, and marketing automation.
  
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Experience leading agencies and cross-functional teams.
  
  
• Driven by accountability, execution, and measurable results.
