Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help sustain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and conducting routine inspections across various systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills to support our operational excellence. Part-time or full-time hours available.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to prevent system failures and extend equipment lifespan.
- Assist with light renovation projects by installing new systems or upgrading existing infrastructure.
- Coordinate with contractors.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and future reference.
- Maintain pool and hot tub.
Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience.
- Experience maintaining pools is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration technologies.
- Experience with equipment repair in hotel environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures related to equipment maintenance and building operations.
- Knowledge of electrical outlets and plumbing preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
