Job Title –& Blood Bank Supervisor
Location –& & Indio, California
Base Salary –& $110,00 – $170,000 ( $25,000 Sign on Bonus based on experience& )
Position Summary :
The Blood Bank Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations, compliance, monitoring, and staff mentoring of the Blood Bank Section based on established best practices and evidence-based blood management and transfusion practices for the laboratory's Blood Bank Section.&
Qualifications :
Completed a baccalaureate degree in medical technology, and laboratory science.
Completed an internship in clinical laboratory science or laboratory specialty.
CLS license issued by the State of California Department of Health.
5 years of training or experience or both in blood banking
Able to complete 12 continuing education units per year as required by license.
Bachelor’s Degree
