We are seeking a Director of Partner Success to lead and scale this function. This role reports directly to the CEO and will manage a small but high-performing team of three Partner Success Associates, while also owning key client relationships and driving retention, renewals, and upsell growth across the business.
This is a high-impact role with direct visibility into company performance and growth.
Role Responsibilities
The Director of Partner Success will own the performance of the partner success function, with clear accountability for client retention, renewals, and revenue expansion.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of three Partner Success Associates
- Own renewals, retention, and upsell performance across the Speak4 client portfolio
- Personally manage a set of high-value client relationships, ensuring strong engagement and long-term partnership
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team, and hold them accountable to results
- Identify risks to renewals early and take proactive steps to mitigate churn
- Partner closely with the Speak4 product team and PLUS Communications to ensure client needs are addressed and opportunities are captured
- Elevate client feedback into actionable insights that improve product, positioning, and growth
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is both a strong operator and a client-facing leader. This person should be comfortable managing people, owning revenue outcomes, and building trusted relationships with senior clients.
- 4 years of experience in client success, account management, or sales, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment
- Experience managing and developing a team, including performance against revenue or retention goals
- A track record of driving renewals, retention, and upsell growth
- Strong client instincts, with the ability to build trust and operate as a strategic advisor
- Experience in public affairs, advocacy, or politics strongly preferred
- SaaS experience preferred
