What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Speak-Easy Speech Therapy?
Job Overview
A purpose-driven role in a growing pediatric speech therapy clinic
Are you someone who finds deep satisfaction in helping others feel seen, heard, and cared for?
Do you naturally create order, calm, and clarity in the middle of busy days?
Are you searching for a position where your work truly matters—and where families feel the impact of your compassion every single day?
If you’re nodding “yes,” you may be the person we’ve been waiting for.
Our Administrative Assistant is often the very first impression families have of Speak-Easy. Through every phone call, greeting, and interaction, you'll help families feel welcomed, cared for, and confident that they've come to the right place. Speak-Easy Speech Therapy is a rapidly growing pediatric clinic built on the values of compassion, passion, knowledge, and care. We believe every child—and every parent who walks through our doors—is here on purpose and for a purpose.
If you love connecting with people, keeping systems running smoothly, and creating a warm and welcoming environment, this might be the perfect fit.

- Managing and maintaining our social media presence, helping share the story of our clinic and engage with our community
- Supporting therapists with various administrative tasks
- Maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects our core values
- Ensuring HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality at all times
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both people and process—someone who can balance warmth with organization, empathy with efficiency, and creativity with attention to detail.
