Southern New Hampshire, Part-Time | 2–4 Days Per Week $28–$32 per hour (guaranteed hourly pay for full scheduled shift), W-2 Employee Position

We are a boutique pediatric speech therapy practice providing high-quality 1:1 services in a warm, relationship-centered clinical space. Our areas of focus include:

About the Position

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) licensed or license-eligible in New Hampshire.

Certified SLPAs are strongly preferred. However, we welcome applicants who meet NH eligibility requirements or are in the process of obtaining licensure. We understand the SLPA workforce in our region is limited and are open to the right long-term fit.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Private practice or school-based pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Specialty Growth Opportunities

Our clinic specializes in feeding and orofacial myofunctional therapy. SLPAs may gain supervised exposure and foundational learning in these specialty areas while continuing to develop strong pediatric speech and language skills within their scope of practice. Direct specialty treatment is provided by the supervising SLP.

Compensation & What Makes Us Different

School-Based Opportunities

We maintain select school partnerships in the area.

Depending on clinic needs, experience, and mutual interest, there may be opportunities to support school-based services. We structure schedules thoughtfully to maintain balance and quality across settings. School placement is not guaranteed but may be available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 speech and language therapy under SLP supervision Implement treatment plans and collect data Maintain timely and compliant documentation Communicate professionally with families Participate in supervision meetings Maintain organized therapy materials and clinical space

Qualifications

Active or Pending NH SLPA license (required)

  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
