Day‑to‑day, you will assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and applicant tracking system (ATS) management. You will maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers while helping ensure recruiting processes are organized, compliant, and timely.
Experienced team members may assume increased responsibility for managing requisitions independently, leading sourcing strategies, analyzing recruiting metrics, participating in career fairs and networking events, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring effectiveness.

- Working knowledge of full‑cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and LinkedIn or similar sourcing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
