As our Project Executive, you will lead construction projects, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout. In this role, you are accountable for overall project performance, including financial results, schedule adherence, risk management, and client satisfaction, while leading and developing high‑performing project teams.
You will work closely with owners, leadership, preconstruction, and operations to set project strategy and ensure successful execution through all phases. You will identify and resolve project, contract, and operational challenges while maintaining strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners. You will oversee and mentor Project Managers and Superintendents, support key procurement and subcontractor buyout decisions, and assist with preconstruction activities such as budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, and risk planning.
Successful Project Executives are strategic and decisive leaders who consistently deliver projects that meet financial goals while exceeding client expectations.
