As our Civil Concrete Finisher, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality concrete surfaces through proper placement, finishing, and curing while maintaining safety and precision on the jobsite.
Day‑to‑day, you will place and spread concrete, apply finishing techniques (floating, troweling), and complete edges, joints, and surface treatments. You’ll read plans, verify grades and slopes, and ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards while adapting to changing conditions.
Experienced team members may handle complex finishing work, mentor others, and help drive quality, productivity, and safe work practices in the field.
