- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through customized therapeutic massage sessions tailored to each guest’s individual needs. Maintain a clean, well-stocked treatment room and uphold Spavia’s treatment and sanitation standards. Educate guests on wellness practices, service enhancements, and self-care recommendations to support their results between visits. Achieve approachable retail and membership goals while being part of a supportive team that values professionalism, growth, and meaningful guest relationships.
